When failure is not an option, trust the experts in mission-critical packaging to engineer solutions that deliver reliability, compliance, and protection for your most advanced electronic and optical components.
We recently partnered with a defense industry client to develop a custom material handling solution tailored to their automated production process—engineered to meet the demanding needs of high-mix, high-precision part storage and transport.
The project called for a universal process tray that could seamlessly integrate into the client’s automated system—capable of holding multiple part diameters, maintaining consistent cavity locations for pick-and-place automation, and withstanding heavy stacking loads.
For decades, our tested and proven products have been engineered for key applications in manufacturing, shipping and handling processes across mission-critical industries.
With nearly 50 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and optics packaging, we understand quality, compliance, and performance standards—and we’re here to help you meet them.
We operate from two manufacturing facilities located in Minnesota and New Mexico, providing regional coverage, faster response times, and consistent quality.
